Tip: Set the foundations
In my opinion, setting the foundation of the expectations is critical right in the beginning of any VC-Client relationship. Having the right expectations moulds the mindset and attitude that each person brings to the table. We were able to set objectives, stages to achieving those objectives and end deliverables by spending the first couple of sessions working on them together.
